The hotel was in a great location and it was very clean. We enjoyed the Japanese-American breakfast buffet and the friendly staff.
the hotel had a confusing system for payment and check-in which caused us some frustration.

The hotel was well-maintained and clean, with good housekeeping services. It had a great location near major malls and convenience stores, making shopping and dining easy. the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The check-in process was too long and the hotel's paper system caused confusion, leading to them trying to charge me twice.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was super convenient - just a short walk away from the main train station and shopping malls. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive - even the lobby and public bath were immaculate. In addition, the staff were friendly and efficient, making my check-in and check-out process very smooth.
